Jessica runs her clients’ lending end to end: borrowing capacity, lender policy, the structure, the credit proposal, and every condition through to settlement. She works across owner-occupied and investment lending, trust and company borrowing, refinances and equity releases, and she is the person a client calls when a lender needs something by Friday.
Braedyn Gillard
Mortgage Broker
Braedyn writes and manages loans for Solutus clients end to end, from the first conversation to settlement. He is across entity borrowing and the lenders that will look at them, and he builds his own property portfolio through the same structures he arranges for clients.
